We have training sessions three days a week; each day is focused on training one aspect of the system. Each session provides progressive training over a course of three months, after which the cycle is repeated with a new training focus. In this way, we can train the skills necessary for such a comprehensive system - students introduced to a new aspect are able to quickly build a foundation in the basics, while those who already have that foundation can refine their basics and learn more advanced uses of the concepts they already know.
